Hire – Delivery options
We deliver to the following area’s: Hamilton, Te Awamutu, Cambridge, Otorohanga and Te Kuiti. Delivery to other areas can possibly be arranged, please Contact Us. Courier delivery is not our preferred option but could be arranged only on some non-breakable items at your (the hirer) cost. Please note if equipment retuned through courier is damaged through packaging negligence this will be charged at replacement cost.
Hire – Pick-up options
We also offer a free pick-up and drop-off service in Otorohanga.
Please note that it is your (the hirer) responsibility to ensure that all equipment is packed well. Any equipment that is broken on the return will be charged at replacement cost.
Shipping
Currently we ship nationwide for all purchases items, because of the nature of our business being customised items, we can usually dispatch your order within 5 to 10 working days of approval this is a rough guideline and we can arrange for this to be sooner on request.
All orders are tracked and a tracking number will be supplied in a dispatch email once your courier label has been created. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to show on the tracking link.
International shipping

Delivery of gift basket?
We only offer Hand delivery or pick up as an option for our gift baskets, due to the fragileness of the gift baskets. We could arrange courier delivery at the purchasers cost but Mystery lane is not reliable for the delivery or damages of the gift basket.
Can a product be shipped straight to the person who the gift is for?
Yes Absolutely! Just enter your details in the billing address & your recipient’s details in the shipping address. All of our products come packaged in tissue paper finished with a branded sticker. We can also include a personalised note inside if you wish, just let us know at the checkout.
Shipping Returns for Refund
To return your product for a refund or exchange:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
